Jeremy Nordeen returns to talk about his award winning film Knuckle.  We talk about the Minneapolis film scene, baby naming and disparaging comments made on Facebook.  Always entertaining and engaging.

Welcome Timmy Brochu!

Delinquent Records would like to welcome Timmy Brochu to the family.  Timmy’s debut album will be released digitally early this summer.

Here is more about Timmy:

Originally from Portland, Maine, Timmy Brochu is what’s considered a “comic’s comic”, a guy that writes odd one liners, fun short sad bastard stories, and the like.

He now resides in Chicago, Illinois where he runs multiple independent shows that have garnered him some local celeb of sorts.

Check him out. He’s a real high energy nut ball.

Phoebe Bottoms becomes the first guest in our new studio and also the first guest in all three of our studios.  We talk about Shannon’s recent wedding, Phoebe’s upcoming wedding and eating food out of a homeless man’s beard.  You know, the usual.

Our own Joe Fontenot has a new documentary in the pipeline.  It’s about stand up comedy, as you can imagine.  Go support Joe and his new project.

Simon Zais makes the trek up from Rochester.  Simon might possibly have the most interesting story ever aired on My Brother’s Podcast.  We talk to Simon about being in the military, sobriety and Tommy gloats about his recent vacation to California.

Episode 71 With Comedian Sue Johnson

Posted: 20th February 2014 by shannont in My Brother's Podcast

We sit down with possibly the most pleasant guest we have ever had.  Sue Johnson enlightens us on  a penis shaped bacon bowl, religion and the art of being happy.

We sit down with Tom Baumgartner to discuss being on The Dennis Miller Show, proper parking procedure at The Corner Bar and moving from L.A. back to Minnesota.  One of our more informative episodes ever!

Shannon is gone but Josh Florhaug makes his third appearance on the show.  He is the first guest to be on more than twice and he is not excited about it.  They talk Super Bowl, puppies and Bill Young.  Luckily for the sake of the show, Shannon will be back next week.

Check out Delinquent Records own Joe Fontenot new project. A comedy documentary. http://www.gofundme.com/6id0k8  The project needs your support.

The Gus Lynch episode finally happens.  We chat about his fender bender, being a Dad while doing Stand Up and his acting resume.  Very fun episode.
